Vila Aljosul is situated on the corner of a large estate, of many hectares.
The vila is suitable for maximum 8 persons.
Our vila is registered in the obligatory renting register of Portugal (Alojamento Local) under registrationnumber 38730/AL.
In this neighborhood, called Belo Romão, just south of Moncarapacho, the vila offers you all the luxury and comfort that you can wish for during your holidays.
Lots of privacy:
The backyard (with private swimming pool) positions a bit higher than the rest of the terrain and is southwest oriëntated.
The neighbors to the left and the right are at about 100 meters distance and there are no backside neighbors.
At the northside and at the front (eastside) the vila adjoins directly to typical Portugese dirt roads, that are mostly only used by local residents.
Next to this, the north road lies about 1,5 meters lower than the backyard.
On the garden side, the vila has a large covered terrace (75 m2),
that provides you cover during the warmest hours of the day.
The backyard also has a nice outdoor kitchen with a barbeque.
In the South-West corner of the garden is a large covered lounge corner.
On the North side is a carport suitable for 2 cars.
For you to enjoy there are a tabletennis, a tablefootball game and a dartboard present.
The vila itself is fully fitted with airconditioning.
There is a spacious sitting room (26 m2) with widescreen TV and satellite decoder.
A good WiFi connection (inside and outside) is also present.
The semi-open kitchen (19 m2) is fully equiped and has a fridge, freezer, induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. In the kitchen is a 8-persons dining table.
There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en-suite.
A baby cot and a high chair are also present.
The largest bedroom (24 m2) is at the frontside and has a kingsize bed for 2 persons and also a TV.
This room has sliding doors towards a covered terrace.
Bedroom II (20 m2) is also at the frontside and has a double bed with separate mattresses and an en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom III (17 m2) is at the backside and has 2 twin beds and sliding doors to the terrace facing the pool.
Bedroom IV (7,5 m2) is also at the backside and has also 2 twin beds.
The family bathroom is equiped with a shower, bath, toilet, bidet and wash basin furniture.

Moncarapacho, Fuseta, Tavira and Olhão, are all within 10 minutes car drive from the villa.
Beaches are at about 4 kilometers distance.
